Extra guests using Sofa Bed $25 per guest.

  1. Booking is guaranteed when Credit Card details are provided and payment made.
  2. Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to arrival
    or penalty of first nights accommodation applies.
  3. Super Saver Special is a No Cancellation, No Changes rate.
  4. To ensure rates are kept at an affordable price the apartments are serviced weekly.
    Should you require a mid week service this can be arranged for a fee of $25.
  5. To ensure Guest/s comfort, please consider others –
    • The apartments are Non Smoking.
      A cleaning fee of $200 applies if guests have smoked in apartments.
    • Please leave kitchen sink area clean when vacating the apartments
      to avoid a cleaning fee.
    • One parking space per apartment as signed.
      Please allow space to enable vehicles comfortable room to park.
  6. Check-in is 2pm – Check-out 10am.
